Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern the relationship between 77bac ("we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the services available at 77bac. By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise using any part of the 77bac platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these T&C in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use the platform.

These T&C apply to all products offered on the 77bac platform, including but not limited to live casino games, slot games, crash games, sports betting, and any promotional offerings. 77bac reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on 77bac, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Proof of age may be requested at any time, and 77bac reserves the right to suspend any account pending age verification.
• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. False or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these T&C.
• You must not already hold another active account on 77bac. Each person is permitted to hold only one registered account.
• You must not be using the platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.

Account Registration & Security

To access any real-money product on 77bac, you must create a registered account. Registration requires submission of a valid mobile number and basic personal details sufficient to complete identity verification (KYC). 77bac may request additional supporting documentation at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a government-issued identity document or proof of address.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. 77bac will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your login details secure.

• You must notify 77bac immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Account credentials must not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third party under any circumstances.
• 77bac reserves the right to refuse service, close accounts, or void bets if it determines that an account has been used by or on behalf of a third party.
• Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of 77bac complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.

Deposits & Withdrawals

77bac processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are facilitated through approved mobile financial services including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as selected card payment channels. 77bac does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own applicable charges.

Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. 77bac may withhold withdrawal of funds where verification documents have not been submitted or where suspicious activity is detected on an account. The withdrawal channel must match the channel used for the most recent deposit where reasonably practicable.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Minimum withdrawal: as displayed in the platform at the time of the transaction.
• Funds deposited into your 77bac account are not eligible to earn interest and are held separately for the purpose of facilitating gameplay.
• 77bac does not accept deposits made by or on behalf of third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the player's own name.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to the player's casino account and wagered. Contact support immediately if a deposit is made in error before wagering commences.
• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of the platform's standard review process. Processing times may vary depending on the chosen payment method and applicable compliance reviews.

Bonuses & Promotions

77bac offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly communicated at the point of offer. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the applicable bonus terms before accepting any promotional offer.

Bonuses are credited to accounts in BDT and must be used within the specified validity period. Unused bonus funds that expire will be removed from the account without compensation. 77bac reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where operationally practicable.

• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the specific games or game categories stated in the promotion. Using bonus funds on excluded games will not contribute to wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time unless otherwise explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or any other method designed to circumvent fair wagering requirements — will have bonuses voided and accounts suspended.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the terms of that specific promotion, including any applicable maximum win cap derived from free spin winnings.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on 77bac are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino products, are streamed from regulated studio environments. The rules and paytables for individual games are accessible within the game interface itself. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77bac platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these T&C and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account at the time of the breach:

• Opening more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform or influence game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategy designed to exploit promotional offers or gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing or attempting to deposit funds derived from illegal or fraudulent activity, including but not limited to money laundering.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 77bac platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, and audio-visual elements, is the intellectual property of 77bac or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the express written consent of 77bac.

The 77bac brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are proprietary marks of 77bac. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77bac shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or any other financial loss, even if 77bac has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

77bac provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

• 77bac does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the platform at all times.
• In no event shall 77bac's total aggregate liability to any player exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 77bac account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these T&C limits or excludes 77bac's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Account Suspension & Termination

77bac reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 77bac has reasonable grounds to do so. Circumstances that may lead to account suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, the following:

Where account closure results from a verified breach of these T&C by the player, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where closure is initiated by 77bac for operational or compliance reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the registered withdrawal method following completion of standard KYC procedures.

• Breach of any provision of these T&C, including the prohibited activities listed in Section 8.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these T&C.

Amendments to These Terms

77bac reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these T&C at any time.
